1. What does our app do?

Ans: conneXpo mobile app allows exhibitor to capture prospective visitor(s) details just be scanning the QR code available with each visitor; exhibitor has an option to enter further remarks, if any about the conversation with visitor. This data gets stored in a Database. Exhibitor is provided with a Microsoft Excel workbook with details of all visitors scanned by him/her during the tenure of expo

Exhibitor can also create his/her profile with contact and company details along with an option to upload company brochure


2. What problem are we solving?

Ans: Our app simplifies the exhibitors job of manually recording each visitors data on paper and later replicate the same in digital format, which is quite tedious, difficult and prone to errors.

Exhibitors usually face difficulty in sharing Business cards/ brochures in event of their shortage; when utilised our app, there is no need to carry any kind of paper


3. What is unique about our app?

Ans: Our app creates an ecosystem between visitor and exhibitor ensuring either of them do not lose others contact details with data of whats been discussed in any event. The current lead time of an exhibitor/visitor contacting each other after an expo ends will get reduced to 1day from over 1week.


4. Whats the need to download the app?

Ans: In order to avail the services fro Vanthena Technologies Team for Capturing and retrieval of Scanned Visitor details; exhibitor needs to download the app, register with us and login to the same with credentials provided.
